When will Pinball FX arrive?
Pinball FX is now available on Nintendo Switch!

The game is available also available on Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and the Epic Games Store.

Is Pinball FX a free download for all players?
Yes, Pinball FX is a free download for all users on all platforms. We also have three tables available for unlimited play, which are Wild West Rampage, Fish Tales, and Sorcerer’s Lair!

How can I buy tables in Pinball FX?
Buying tables and table packs happen through the storefront, for fiat money, similar to Pinball FX3.

Which tables arrived on Nintendo Switch on Day 1?
With the release, we bring you 21 tables never seen before on Nintendo Switch along with 3 free tables available for unlimited play. Please find the full table roster at the end of this page.

Will there be Remastered Releases on the Nintendo Switch?
We plan to add remastered tables to Pinball FX as we go forward. Many classic tables will make their way to the Nintendo Switch, we’ll be sure to announce them when they arrive.

I filled out the Founder’s Form and choose Nintendo Switch. What should I do?
If you are a Founder on Epic Games who chose Nintendo Switch as a platform, we will contact you through the email you submitted in the form soon and offer two options:

  1. If you’d rather have tables now on another platform, we’ll get them sent out for you.
  2. Or we can send you a code each time a remastered table hits the Switch. 

What are my options now for the Pinball Pass on Nintendo Switch?
The Pinball Pass & Pinball Coins will not release at this time, but we are planning to add these to the game at a later date.

What performance can I expect on my Nintendo Switch?
Pinball FX will run in 720p at 60 FPS in undocked, and 1080p at 60 FPS in docked mode.

What physics does the Nintendo Switch version of Pinball FX use?
We wanted to have the best performance possible on Nintendo Switch, so we made some changes to this version’s physics. We invite you to try this new iteration of physics on your device and let us know how it performs for you.

What does this change mean for the leaderboards on the Nintendo Switch?
Nintendo Switch will have its own leaderboards, separate from the existing ones. The different physics we feel warranted this separation. Fresh new leaderboards to populate!

Is TATE Mode be available in the game at launch?
We are happy to say that TATE Mode is making a comeback and will be available in the game at release both in docked and handheld.

Will Pinball FX3 continue to be available once Pinball FX releases?
Pinball FX3 itself and its DLCs will be available for purchase up through and after Pinball FX releases. They will not be delisted or removed from the store, and we will keep you informed of any possible changes in the event they arise in the future.

Let’s be extra clear here: I can still play my classic tables in Pinball FX3?
Absolutely! And for a very long time to come. We have absolutely no plans to sunset Pinball FX3, including its leaderboards and other features. We welcome you to enjoy classic Zen releases in Pinball FX3 for years to come. However, please note that the release of new content has ended for Pinball FX3. Instead of creating two versions of the same table, our dev team can instead use those resources to produce new Pinball FX content at a faster rate.
