I just bought all the tables I didn’t own from the sale on my 360, but can’t seem to import Star Wars Heroes Within without it asking me for another $5. Suggestions?
By import, I mean to my xbox one…
I’m having the same issue. I bought Star Wars Heroes Within for the Xbox 360, and am being asked to pay for it again on the Xbox One.

Make sure you are signed in and using the account that purchased content for Pinball FX2 on Xbox 360.
– Select the content you wish to download, and click the “Buy / Import Table” option on Xbox One
– If you are eligible for the free import, you will be asked to complete a transaction for $0.00
– The content will automatically be placed in your game queue, download, and install
– ***Please be patient with the system, it may take a few minutes for content to queue
– ***If after 10 minutes the content does not queue, complete the following steps:
Pinball FX2 >My Games & Apps >Select Pinball FX2> Push the Menu Button >Select ‘Manage Game’ >Scroll to the far right and you will see a list of items under ‘Ready to Install.’ You can select all, and these will install to Pinball FX2
Let me know if that doesn’t work.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I’m afraid that didn’t work. I’m still being asked to pay for the pack.
I should mention that this was one of four table packs I bought on the Xbox 360 today. The other three packs imported onto the Xbox One without any issues. Its just the Star Wars Heroes Within pack that is causing me problems.

I am currently having the same issue. I bought all the packs today and all imported except that one. It’s asking me to repay 5 dollars for it after I have bought it on the Xbox 360.

I followed the steps outlined, but still can’t seem to get all the tables I have on my XBOX360. I’m willing to try anything, as the tables I’m missing are:
MARS
Excalibur
Star Wars – Balance of the Force
Marvel Pinball – Original Set (Iron Man, Spider-man, Wolverine, Blade)
Hi Troy, when you search for them on the Xbox Marketplace, do they have a price or do they come up as free?
They have a price, even after signing in/out and resetting the console. I double-checked my account this morning and when I went back to the XBOX One all of the tables I listed previously still had their prices.
About half of the tables I own were able to be downloaded already – which is Awesome, thank you!

Heros Within and South Park won’t register as $0 with Xbox 1 and you will be forced to pay again!
I bought all the packs, Everything works except those 2 packages – Heros Within and South Park!

South Park still has the problem where they want to charge on XB1, no worries if it takes time though. Cheers 😉
South Park should import – if you still can’t get it to download without it charging you, get a hold of Xbox support and they should be able to help.
I would love to see some good sales pop up on Steam again to get all of the tables I decided I needed to hold out on.
